Marion murder trial rescheduled

The second-degree murder trial of Kim Polley, 42, of Marion, was reset today to Jan. 25 in Linn County District Court.

A pretrial hearing will be 10 a.m. Jan. 21.

Polley is accused of beating to death Daniel Meade, 50, of Hiawatha, at a neighbor's home in Marion on Dec. 14.
