No one seriously hurt in Evansdale school bus crash

Authorities say no children were seriously injured in an Evansdale school bus accident, but 10 children were taken to area hospitals as a precaution.
Allen Hospital spokesman Jim Waterbury says five of the injured students were walking and two were transported on back boards after the Monday morning crash. Waterbury says some students were taken to Allen Hospital and some to Covenant Medical Center. The students were aboard a Waterloo Community School District school bus.
Waterbury says one student bumped his head. The students were going to Bunger Middle School.
