Saylor's drive to help C.R. on clear display
Nov. 29, 2009 12:29 am
I've known Aaron Saylor for over a year, and he continually impresses me. Aaron's drive to help the community abounds and is shown by his actions. Of the many efforts Aaron can tell you about, I like to recall the one where he and his wife, Jennie, organized a trip to Fargo to help in their flood-recovery efforts.
Aaron has put his best foot forward to learn about city government and to be prepared to take a leading role. He has attended almost every city council meeting for a year. He has read and researched the city budget. He will do the research necessary to make the best decision.
I see being young as being one of his greatest assets. Who is the best choice to take a leading role in the shaping this city's future for many decades to come? Aaron is that person; he has a vested interest in seeing the city being a vibrant and economically prosperous place to live in for the rest of his life with his family. His track record of activism and involvement shows it.
