1. How badly did Texas Gov. Rick Perry hurt himself with his CNBC debate “brain cramp?”
Well, folks putting together Saturday night's CBS News/National Journal debate in Spartanburg, S.C., say Perry has been moved off center stage. He's been replaced by Herman Cain, who will be sandwiched between former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Texas Rep. Ron Paul in the middle of the standing order. Perry will be sitting at the “little kids” table with former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.
2. If there's an upside to Perry's entry in America's Funniest Homes Videos, it's that the CNBC audience was smaller than those watching previous GOP debates.
Fox's Florida debate drew 6.6 million viewers and CNN had 5.5 million watching its Las Vegas debate, but only 3.3 million tuned in to hear the “oops heard round the world.”
