Bicycle tax could help repair roads

To the editor:
We all knew the gas tax would go through and what's 10 cents if gas hits $4. But I hope 10 cents is enough.
I am in favor of a bicycle tax just like the one we had when I was a kid. Roads are made wider, there are special lanes on our streets just for bikes, this has to cost more. So add $5 per bike across the state to help pay for this cost. Also could we have a scratch off ticket or two which you could win money, plus would help with more money for our roads.
