USA Grub, as Viewed from Berlin

Jun. 28, 2010 3:38 pm
This is an amusing little video showing the "USA" ethnic food section in a Berlin supermarket. I am particularly pleased by the inclusion of marshmallow fluff, mac and cheese and that knock off Cheese Whiz, "Cheese Zip."
Honestly, until I saw this, I'd never considered how you might stock an American section in a foreign grocery, or that such a section would exist. It's pretty tough, considering our melting pot cuisine.
One major omission I see in this German attempt would be its snacklessness - no Ruffles or Cheetos or Doritos etc. I also didn't see an obvious bottle of ketchup.
So what would you put on the shelf?
