Three car pile-up slows traffic near U.S. Cellular Center
CEDAR RAPIDS – A three car pile-up briefly slowed traffic in front of the U.S. Cellular Center Wednesday afternoon.
Paramedics checked on passengers in two cars, but did not transport anyone to the hospital, police said.
Police said a “standard rear-ender” occurred when a westbound car on First Ave. stopped for a pedestrian crossing at the crosswalk, and two trailing cars did not stop.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
