Miller-Meeks will help to curb spending
The Gazette Opinion Staff

Spending. Spending. Spending. It's become clear that government on every level cannot control itself. The appetite is insatiable. Talk about undermining the future of America.
Generations of burdened taxpayers and crippled economies will have to reap what our governments are sowing. Government cannot be all things to all people. When 47 percent of the adult population pays no income taxes, that's a problem. When public sector jobs (government) pay higher than comparable private sector jobs, that's a problem. When discipline has left our schools and our government, that's a problem.
When politicians and their supporters demonize profit, that's a problem (try to find a paycheck that didn't originate from someone making a profit somewhere).
Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks has a wide range of life experiences that have brought good judgment and common sense to her perspective. She is frugal and conscientious in everything she does. Please vote for Miller-Meeks for 2nd District, U.S House of Representatives, in the June 8 primary.
