Iowa gets early time for ACC/Big Ten Challenge

Iowa will play Wake Forest at 6 p.m. Nov. 30 in Joel Coliseum as part of the 12th annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge. ESPNU will air the game.

Wake Forest beat Iowa 56-47 in the 2007 ACC/Big Ten Challenge in Iowa City. The Hawkeyes are 2-7 in the challenge, including last year's 70-64 loss to Virginia Tech.

The Big Ten won the challenge for the first time last year, 6-5. This year, six Big Ten teams are on the road.

Iowa's complete 2010-11 men's basketball schedule will be released later this month.
