Bonus Hawkeye video -- '50 percent blitz, 50 percent no-huddle'

"We took some time as a staff . . . we're kind of in the position right now where we'll go 50 percent blitz and 50 percent no-huddle" is how Kirk Ferentz started off his Thursday news conference.

Cue rimshot.

OK, the blitz thing, that's funny. Iowa isn't going to blitz. The no-huddle thing, hey, it works. Don't fix what isn't broken. Or some such cliche.

Ferentz also gave some injury updates and talked about RB Jordan Canzeri, what his immediate future could be now that the redshirt is off (he made it sound as though he's fairly high up on the depth chart) and where and how the staff found him.
