Former Iowa basketball recruit heading to Florida
Cody Larson, who recently rescinded his letter of intent with the Iowa men's basketball program, has committed to the University of Florida, according to the Sioux Falls Argus Leader.
Larson, a 6-8 forward from Sioux Falls, S.D., said he was wowed by the campus in Gainesville when he recently visited.
He'll find plenty of opportunity as the Gators have been underachievers since winning back-to-back national titles.
