New jobs, expansion for Dyersville farm equipment company

Officials with the company FarmTek say they plan to expand operations in Dyersville, adding 100 jobs over the next three years.
Dave Buchheit is vice president of operations for FarmTek. Buchheit says FarmTek will build a new structure in Dyersville and will make ClearSpan fabric structures. He says the move is in response to the increase in popularity of the structures. Buchheit says the company has received cooperation from the city of Dyersville and the state of Iowa.
Buchheit says construction should start in the next 30 to 60 days and should be finished by September or October. FarmTek is part of the Connecticut company Engineering Services and Products Co.
