Thomas Frank Brundage, 66, of Ely, died May 23, 2011, at Christian Hospital Northwest in St. Louis, Mo., from complications after a fall. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Teahen Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids, where friends may visit after 10 a.m. until the time of service.
