McGrane caring, committed to District 3

During my tenure on the Cedar Rapids City Council, I worked with both candidates now seeking to represent District 3. I encourage voters to support Jerry McGrane for re-election.

McGrane is passionate about neighborhoods and service to others. He listens to people and looks at all sides of an issue. He is an independent thinker and not afraid to ask tough questions. McGrane understands the struggles of flood victims, having lost his home. I found him to be honest, caring and committed to the people of District 3.

We also need to elect McGrane to help support the vision of our Mayor-elect Ron Corbett and move Cedar Rapids forward - an agenda that is fiscally responsible and will not burden residents and workers with new taxes such as a wheel tax and a local-option income tax.
