Iowa City school board to start listening posts

IOWA CITY - Iowa City school board members will begin holding “listening posts” with community members twice a month. The events will give people a chance to talk informally with board members.
The
first one is 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Tierra Coffee, 1150 Fifth St. in Coralville, with board members Jeff McGinness and Tuyet Dorau hosting.
