Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance reorganizes economic development staff to take ‘unified approach’
Corbett, Lukan, Toledo receive promotions

The Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance reorganized its economic development staff to instill a “unified approach on economic development,” the organization announced Monday.
Ron Corbett, who had been the Economic Alliance’s business retention and expansion strategist, was promoted to vice president of economic development.
Mike Lukan, the local business project specialist, was promoted to economic development project manager.
Jamie Toledo, the regional programs strategist, was promoted to economic development relationship manager.
“These important structural changes to our organization allow us to better manage and help complete any growth project from new business to existing business,” said Doug Neumann, the Economic Alliance’s executive director in a news release.
