Judy A. McAllister, 76, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on early Sunday morning, May 9, 2021, peacefully in the care of her daughter Bobbie.
Judy was born on March 21, 1945, in Ottumwa, Iowa, the daughter of Doris Yancey Dvorak and Lawrence Speed Yancey. She graduated from Washington High School.
She was preceded in death by her
parents and her daughter, Jennifer Ann Powell of Cedar Rapids.
She is survived and lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Kerry Dixon of Covington and Bobbie Rooks of Stone City; her son, Robert Mikey Rooks of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Her visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 21, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.
