Comic strip censorship has offended 'sensitivities'

I don't know why I'm so shocked that The Gazette refuses to run a series from the comic strip (Doonesbury) that is just a little too controversial and might offend some readers' sensitivities. Isn't that called censorship? My “sensitivities” are deeply offended.
Let's see: One strip has a middle-aged male Republican calling the woman a slut. I have been offended every day for the past couple of weeks hearing this in the news. This is what is happening!
You say your decision is based on what you “traditionally” hear from readers, so just run “Dennis The Menace” and eat milquetoast. The Gazette is just adding its name to the conservatives who would have us time-warped back to the 1950s.
