An Ottumwa Kum & Go convenience store sold a $1 million winning Powerball ticket for Saturday's drawing. Coincidentally, the store's former manager, Frank Fisher, died only last week, on July 19, leading some to ask if Frank might have had something to do with this.
Fisher managed the Kum & Go at 1317 E. Mary Street for 20 years, according to his obituary. His funeral was today.
