To those looking down at the restaurant workers — front and back of house — who have hesitated or even refused to return to their jobs now that dine-in service is returning, have you thought about maybe being more generous with the tips you leave? Eating out again is such a welcome, simple pleasure. With just a bit of sacrifice, we can all contribute by showing more appreciation to the workers and the employers who are striving to provide us first rate service.
