Former Iowa City manager finalist for another job

IOWA CITY - Michael Lombardo, the former city manager of Iowa City, is a finalist for another job.
The Albert Lea Tribune in Minnesota is reporting that Lombardo is one of five finalists for that town's city manager position. The search consultant told the paper that Lombardo could bring an “interesting blend” of talent and experience.
Interviews are March 20, according to the paper.
Lombardo also is a finalist for the town manager job in Hamilton, Mass., according to the Salem News. Three candidates were to be interviewed late last week.
