Response would differ, under another president

Imagine: A white woman and staff member of President Barack Obama's administration is asked to leave. She disagrees with aspects of his behavior, which she considers non-presidential, and he responds by calling her a 'dog.” Had this happened you can be sure that self-righteous Mike Pence would have been loudly calling for his resignation.
Yet recently, President Donald Trump called a former aide, a black woman, a 'dog” and we hear not a peep from Mr. Pence. The fact that he and other members of this administration remain silent in the midst of outrageously childish behavior and vile words from our President is sad.
The lack of self-respect, hypocrisy and cowardice of the Trump administration is mind-boggling.
