John S. Mummey, 65, of Iowa City, died unexpectedly Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, at his home. His family will greet friends Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Lensing Funeral Service in Iowa City. A memorial celebration will be 4 p.m. Thursday at Lensing's.
Instead of flowers and plants, the family kindly requests memorials be directed to Toys for Tots – a cause John supported.
