Expand Medicare to include everyone

To the editor:
In the run-up to the recent election, Sen. Chuck Grassley appeared in television ads saying that if elected, Joni Ernst would fight to protect Medicare (and Social Security).
If Medicare is a program worth fighting for, why limit it to people over 65? Why not Medicare for all? I find it hard to believe that Medicare could be a good program for someone who is 65, but not for someone who is, say, 64 (or younger).
I, for one, will vote for any Republican who fights to extend Medicare to everyone.
