Kalona
A Celebration of Life for Henrietta M. Johnson, 86, of Kalona, will be held Friday, May 14, 2021, at 3 p.m. at the Kalona United Methodist Church, with Pastor Gene Kubli officiating. The service will be available via livestream at the Beatty Peterseim Facebook page. Burial will follow at the Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at the church. A memorial fund has been established for the Kalona United Methodist Church. Henrietta Johnson died Sunday, May 9, 2021, at the University of Iowa Hospital following a brief illness. The Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting the family.
