Stanerson, Ethel May
Ethel May Stanerson, 89, died Monday, Sept. 26, 2011, at the Rose Haven Nursing Home, Marengo.
She is survived by her children, Larry and Julie Stanerson, Keith and LaMar Stanerson, all of Conroy, Dean Stanerson of Wellman, Coleen and David Yearian and Barbara Stanerson, all of Williamsburg; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorothy (Robert) Martinson; and a brother-in-law, Walter Stanerson of Williamsburg.
Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30, at the First Lutheran Church, north of Conroy. The Rev. Donald Dovre will officiate. Burial will be in the First Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, with a Ladies VFW Auxiliary service at 7 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
A memorial fund has been established for the First Lutheran Church.
