RoughRiders shellack Fargo, 7-1

FARGO, N.D. - The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders got goals from seven players in a 7-1 romp past the Fargo Force in USHL hockey Thursday night.
The Riders (3-1-0) scored the first six goals, dominating play, which was evident in a 41-20 shots on goal advantage. Cedar Rapids plays Saturday night at Tri-City.
Jack Rowe scored midway through the first period for Cedar Rapids, with Clark Kuster adding a power-play goal in the opening minute of the second period. The RoughRiders put the game away with five third-period goals: from Andrew Oglevie, Corey Petrash, Dylan McLaughlin, Mark Auk and Alec Marsh, in that order.
Danny Tirone picked up his first USHL goaltending win, with his shutout ending on a John Baiocco goal with eight minutes remaining. Every Cedar Rapids skater but one finished the game with a plus plus-minus rating.
