Charlene R. Cordes, 74, of Vinton, went to be with the Lord on July 3, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. Celebration Life: 1 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 East Sixth St., Vinton. The family will greet friends one hour before service time. Private interment: Big Grove Cemetery near Garrison.
