Starkey, Donna M.
ROBINS - Donna M. Starkey, 77, a resident of Park View, Iowa, formerly of Robins, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010, at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus, Davenport. Services will be at a later date. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Donna was born July 19, 1933, in Hedrick, Iowa, the daughter of Harry and Demaries (Harmen) Meeker. She retired from Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, where she worked as an inspector.
She enjoyed crafts, crocheting and reading.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughters, Debra (Gary Sr.) Fite, Davenport, Anita Fite, Park View, and Lou Ann (Larry) Skinner, Ottumwa; her nine grandchildren and her 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Cecil Meeker; her sister, Joan Randall; and her granddaughter, Donna.
