NOTE TIME CHANGE
Lucille E. Schrock, 92, of Anamosa, died Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Papich-Kuba Janeba Chapel West, 1604 J St. SW, Cedar Rapids, with the Rev. William Harnish officiating. Burial: Morrison Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral chapel.
Lucille is survived by two children, Harold (Ruby) Paul of Anamosa and Janet Jackson of Monticello; two grandchildren, Debbie (David) Miller and Brenda (Chris) Salmins; and three great-grandchildren, Levi (Steph Vernon) Miller, Jacob Miller and Madisyn Salmins.
She was preceded in death by her former husband, Raymond; parents, Frank and Mary Meixner; grandchildren, Carol Paul, Harold Paul Jr. and Susan Paul; four sisters and two brothers.
Lucille was born March 28, 1919, in rural Tipton. She enjoyed going to Prime Time and spending time with friends. She was an avid cook and baker and was well-known for her strawberry pies. Lucille enjoyed attending rodeos and celebrating her birthday with her niece at the casino. She also loved spending precious time with her grandchildren.
