Officials say Fayette County man threw infant during argument

A Fayette County man faces a child endangerment charge after allegedly throwing a 10-month-old child during an argument with the baby's mother.
Gregory James Lynch, 20, was taken into custody after Fayette County sheriff's officials responded to a complaint of possible child abuse at Lynch's Waucoma home Tuesday.
Lynch was taken to the Fayette County Jail. The child was taken to Palmer Lutheran Hospital in West Union, but was found to be unhurt.
The Department of Human Services is also investigating the incident, sheriff's officials said.
Gregory James Lynch, 20, of Waucoma has been charged with child endangerment after an incident Tuesday.
