Mathis is committed to education, community

I am supporting Liz Mathis or re-election to Senate District 34.
As a grandparent, I believe that Mathis is the best candidate for this seat because of her background in child welfare. I believe that her interest and actions taken by supporting the well-being of our toddlers, ensuring we provide quality day care and academics as they progress, encouraging support for healthy forms of expression, and providing access to quality education and job training ensure future economic growth within our communities.
We need someone in the Iowa Senate with that kind of commitment to children and community.
Sen. Mathis already has shown that she can be a positive influence in the Legislature and will continue to reflect the concerns and needs of Linn County as well as the state.
