Pidima, Lawrence
Lawrence Pidima, 81, of Guernsey, died Friday, May 18, 2012, at the Grinnell Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, at the Methodist Church in Guernsey. A visitation will be at the Smith Funeral Home in Victor, from noon until 8 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be at the Guernsey Cemetery.
Those left to mourn Lawrence's passing are his loving wife of 57 years, Doris; his sons, David and his wife, Jeannie Pidima of Brooklyn, and Daryl Pidima of Guernsey; his grandchildren, Cale and Chelsey Pidima; and many relatives and friends.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be directed to the Methodist Church in Guernsey or to the Deep River First Responders.
