Miller-Meeks will help health-care legislation
N/A
Oct. 30, 2010 12:23 am
We are voting for Mariannette Miller-Meeks for Congress because she promises to help repeal and replace the fatally flawed health care law of March 2010. We are confident that Miller-Meeks will never vote for or against any measure until she has read it and understands its scope.
She will vote in the best interests of the men, women and children of Iowa's Second district. Her votes in the House of Representatives will never be dictated by ruling class Democrat leaders from California (Nancy Pelosi) and Maryland (Steny Hoyer).
An eye doctor and former president of the Iowa Medical Society, Miller-Meeks will be a significant contributor to Republican teams forging sensible health care legislation that preserves and protects America's doctor-patient relationships.
And Miller-Meeks will be the first woman elected to serve Iowa in the U.S. Congress.
