Merlynn John Johnson, 69, passed away on Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, from complications after open heart surgery at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
A memorial fund has been established.
Visitation: 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21, 2018, at Leonard-Grau Funeral Home & Crematory, Elkader.
Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018, at Peace United Church of Christ. The Rev. Jon Haack will officiate.
Interment: St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Seneca, Wis., at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
