Amphitheater ideal place for blues fest

I am not a blues fan and I do not know why Bluesmore was ended at Brucemore. It could be the expenses grew too much. Volunteers are hard to find, etc. Who knows. A lot of people are needed, a lot of planning and a lot of liability insurance to pay for these types of activities.
One idea is to have the people who miss Bluesmore start a new blues fest at one of our other venues. The amphitheater or New Bo area would be perfect, especially the amphitheater. We have it now, why not use it? We have maybe six months a year, if that, to use it. It stands empty most of the time. Maybe we have enough people with the time and money to start a blues fest there.
