Commission needs to make the right call

Once upon a time there was a goose looking for a home. It came to the big city. The big city said we do not like your kind of goose. The city residents took a vote and banished the goose from the city. The goose went down the road to the small city and was welcomed with open arms.
The residents voted and gave the goose a home. The goose prospered in the small city and grew into a beautiful bird that laid golden eggs. The goose shared the golden eggs with all in the area. Everyone around was very happy.
Suddenly the big city became jealous and said we like a goose that lays golden eggs. We want to revote and get our own goose to lay golden eggs. No matter that it will take away from the gold of the first goose. We are bigger and more important and more deserving because we are the big city.
Will the big city get its goose that lays golden eggs? That is up to the commission that governs the geese that lay golden eggs. We must hope that the (Iowa Racing and Gaming) commission has enough wisdom and a long-enough memory to make a proper decision.
