Burds, Jody Ann
Jody Ann Burds, 51, of Monticello, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at Jones Regional Medical Center, Anamosa, from a courageous battle with brain cancer. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Kramer Funeral Home in Monticello, where a parish Scripture service will be held at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Monticello, with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Keith Birch.
The family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses, Above & Beyond Hospice, and special friends for the wonderful care they provided Jody.
A Jody A. Burds Memorial Fund has been established.
