IOWA CITY - University of Iowa police issued 114 citations and arrested 25 people in connection with the Hawkeyes' first night game of the season at Kinnick Stadium.
UI Public Safety reported 20 citations Saturday for underage alcohol possession; 24 public urination tickets; 68 open container citations; and two people cited for smoking in a prohibited area.
Because of the 7:05 p.m. kickoff, postgame tailgating was banned on university property.
