Both sides at fault in immigration incident
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Jul. 17, 2012 1:14 pm
Recently the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Arizona's immigration law. After the ruling, a man displaying the Mexican flag and a woman displaying the U.S. flag got into a confrontation. Both of them are at fault.
First if the man wants sympathy, I would suggest that he does not display the flag of a foreign country since he is in the United States and that is an excuse for the critics to cause trouble.
The woman is at fault. Unless she wants a dirty, low-paying, backbreaking job, I suggest that she does not confront or hassle people who are willing to take the jobs that Americans don't want.
I applaud the individuals and companies who are boycotting Arizona.
