Matthis will work for Main Street

Liz Mathis has a common-sense approach economic plan and I hope that other policymakers are paying attention.
Liz has made the promise that she will work with elected officials on both sides of the aisle to support policies that will help Main Street businesses thrive and spur job growth. Her economic plan is one that supports giving Iowa businesses preference on state and local contracts so our tax dollars are creating good jobs right here in Iowa, not in China or Mexico.
Maybe if candidates made supporting Iowa jobs a top priority, we wouldn't be in the economic situation we are in now.
