Helen Ella Viola Moeller Sissel, 86, of Tipton, died peacefully Wednesday morning, Jan. 30, 2013, at Mercy Iowa City. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Tipton. Burial will be in Tipton Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. until time of the service at the church.
