Kudos to The Gazette for educating citizens

It was with joy I opened to page 4A of the July 22 paper to the column 'Votes in Congress.”
The Fourth Estate's primary mission is to inform and educate citizens as to what is happening in government that may affect them. Here we were informed and educated as to what bills were voted on and how our representatives voted. Knowing how my representative votes and how that vote may affect my life, community, state, country and the world is of utmost importance for me to make a reasoned decision when it comes time to cast my ballot.
Kudos to The Gazette for informing its readers as to what is happening in Washington. The facts and only the facts are what an educated public needs in today's political climate.
