Vance, Clarice A.
Clarice A. Vance, 89, of Iowa City, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at the home of her daughter here in Iowa City surrounded by her family. Memorial services are being planned for the later part of September in Osage, Iowa, where she was from.
