The town of Chelsea will be celebrating its sesquicentennial on Friday evening, July 25 and Saturday, July 26. Friday's events include a 6:00 PM community picnic followed by kolach contest, beard contest, 1864-era costume contest and the announcement of Little Mr. & Miss Chelsea and Sesquicentennial King & Queen. Saturday's events include car show, omelette breakfast,
antique gas engine, tractor & equipment
displays, vendor/craft show, parade, history
