A vote for Title X is a vote to support women

I'm thankful that 2nd District Congressman Dave Loebsack, D-Mount Vernon, understands the importance of Title X, and I thank him for voting in favor of women everywhere by opposing the Pence Amendment.

All of us know a woman who would not receive any form of health care at all if Title X was eliminated. She is just one of the 5 million women who use Title X services such as access to birth control, preventive cancer screenings, breast exams and routine tests for sexually transmitted infections.

Since 1970, Title X has been critical in reducing the number of unintended pregnancies, and providing the means for healthy family planning, while saving money.
