Letter: Politicians should abide by oath of office
Laddie Oliver

The Democrat party has many members solidly in support of the U.S. Constitution.
Question is, why do they continue to nominate candidates lacking in integrity and honor, failing their oath, required for public office? Why do many U.S. Senators threaten to ignore evidence to convict oath breakers should they be impeached by the U.S. House?
Does Section 3, 14th Amendment remain or is that history along with the 10th Amendment, state sovereignty, among any and all political parties? Is not the oath of office the basic fundamental toward a prosperous, stable nation of 'United” States?
