Reconsidering gifts to UI Foundation

Michael Gartner is a very intelligent man. He has written many articles about the Board of Regents regarding the latest controversy at the University of Northern Iowa. Very well written and pointing out interesting points of view regarding funding issues at all of the schools under the watch of the Regents.
The moneys paid to Ken Mason for University of Iowa fundraising work I find offensive. For Gartner to not have recollection of the agreement when he was involved in Sally Mason's 2007 hire as UI president - and was the president of the Board of Regents - I find more offensive.
Understanding the moneys came from the UI Foundation, I will think more than twice about donating to the foundation if this is the mission or core values.
