Saddened by court’s transgender decision

I just saw the Supreme Court has decided to uphold President Donald Trump's ban, denying transgender people the right to serve in the U.S. military. In my opinion it's a very sad day indeed when a five-time draft dodger has the gall to deny anyone wishing to serve our country the honor and privilege of doing so.
I'm not transgender nor do I know anyone who is, but I'm terribly saddened for those people and our country just the same.
