Let Obamacare stand, be judged

Congress should pass an immediate budget, including the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare. Politicians should be removed from the senseless health care debate. Pass the budget as long as the following three provisions are included:
1) No person including but not limited to politicians, unions, special interests groups, government employees, state employees, or religious orders shall be exempt from ACA. To do otherwise is blatant discrimination.
2) The ACA is current law. The law must be fully implemented within 90 days. No exemptions.
3) Voters at midterm elections reserve the right in their respective states to vote to keep, or not keep, ACA.
Let the ACA stand on its own merits. If the law is as good as the claims, people will keep it. If it's not, give voters the right to throw it out.
